摘 要:随着汽车制造技术的快速发展,汽车装配工艺越来越复杂,且装配过程中容易出现质量问题,传统的装配工艺设计方法不能满足汽车装配高效率、低成本、高质量的要求。而虚拟制造技术是近年来迅速发展起来的一种先进制造技术,利用虚拟制造技术可以将产品设计、工艺设计和计算机仿真等多种先进技术有机地结合在一起,在产品设计阶段就可进行工艺规划、性能分析和评估,极大缩短产品开发周期,减少产品开发费用。With the rapid development of automotive manufacturing technology,the automotive assembly process is becoming increasingly complex,and quality problems are prone to occur during the assembly process.Traditional assembly process design methods cannot meet the requirements of high efficiency,low cost,and high quality in automotive assembly.Virtual manufacturing technology is an advanced manufacturing technology that has rapidly developed in recent years.By utilizing virtual manufacturing technology,various advanced technologies such as product design,process design,and computer simulation can be organically combined.In the product design stage,process planning,performance analysis,and evaluation can be carried out,greatly shortening the product development cycle and reducing product development costs.
