摘　　要：本文对新能源汽车的核心零件动力电池系统的设计进行了深入的研究和探讨,介绍了车载动力电池系统的基本构成,并结合某车企的实际案例,从客户需求出发,详细分析了动力电池系统的关键技术参数,从电芯的选择、电池模组成组和系统的成组、机械结构件、热管理系统以及电气安全和电气件选型方案等方面进行自上而下的设计和分析。This paper carries out an in-depth research and design discussion on the design of power battery system,which is the core part of new energy vehicles,and introduces the basic composition of on-board power battery system.Combined with the actual case of a car company,the key technical parameters of the power battery system are analyzed in detail from the customer's demand,and the top-down design and analysis are carried out from the aspects of the selection of electric cells,battery module assembly and system formation,mechanical structural components,thermal management system,as well as the electrical safety and electrical parts selection scheme.
