摘  要:车内空气质量控制涉及多个方面,包括正确选择高效空气过滤器及空调滤芯材料、合理使用车载空调的内外循环系统、保持良好的通风等。本文根据各类管控特性,策划了一组验证试验,通过不同空气滤芯净化材料的应用,制定试验评价模式,开展主观气味、VOC、PM2.5、风阻等数据的检测,分析比对整车车内气味和VOC在静置、空调净化开启后的净化效率,形成比对数据,给出优化建议。结果发现:滤芯材料对气味改善效果不明显,但对VOC、PM2.5的改善总体效果非常有效,各厂家滤芯材料对VOC中不同物质的改善效果差异也较大,因此需要综合考察、选择适当的滤芯材料。The air quality control in the car involves many aspects,including the correct selection of high effi-ciency air filters and air conditioning filter materials,the reasonable use of the internal and external circulation system of the car air conditioning,and the maintenance of good ventilation.According to various control char-acteristics,this paper plans a set of verification tests,designs a set of test evaluation modes through the applica-tion of different air filter purification materials,carries out the detection of subjective odor,VOC,PM2.5,wind resistance and other data,analyzes and compares the purification efficiency of odor and VOC inside the vehicle after standing and air conditioning purification,forms the comparison data,and gives optimization suggestions.The results showed that the filter material had no obvious effect on odor improvement.However,the overall improvement effect on VOC and PM2.5 is very effective;The filter material of each manufacturer has a large difference in the improvement effect of different substances in VOC,so it is necessary to comprehensively investigate and select the appropriate filter material.
