偏载试验在动态汽车衡检定中的重要作用

摘　　要：动态汽车衡作为公路运输中不停车称重检测的重要计量关键设备,只有严格实行周期检定,才可确保其性能稳定、计量数据准确可靠。而在动态汽车衡的日常检定工作中,偏载试验的作用尤其重要。本文分析动态汽车衡的工作原理、周期检定的必要性、偏载试验的国家技术要求、作用和意义,为动态汽车衡在日常检定中的应用提供参考。As an important measuring key equipment for non-stop weighing and detection in highway transpor-tation,dynamic truck scales must strictly implement periodic calibration to ensure their stable performance and accurate and reliable measurement data.In the daily calibration work of dynamic car scales,the role of partial load testing is highlighted.This article analyzes the working principle of dynamic car scales,the necessity of periodic calibration,the national technical requirements for partial load testing,the role and significance of par-tial load testing,and provides reference for its application in daily calibration of dynamic car scales.
