摘 要:随着新能源汽车市场的迅速扩张,车辆的操控性能与轮胎磨损问题日益受到关注。汽车行驶跑偏与轮胎偏磨不仅影响驾驶体验,还可能存在潜在的行车安全风险。针对微小型新能源汽车行驶跑偏与轮胎偏磨问题,本文通过分析主要影响因素,提出了前轮束角调整与悬架方案优化的改进措施,并通过一系列路试试验验证了改进措施的有效性。研究旨在为新能源汽车制造商提供实用的改进方案,以提高车辆性能与轮胎寿命。With the rapid expansion of the new energy vehicle market,the handling performance of vehicles and tire wear issues are increasingly receiving attention.Driving deviation and tire wear not only affect the driving experience,but may also pose potential driving safety risks.This article focuses on the problems of driving deviation and tire wear of micro new energy vehicles.By analyzing the main influencing factors,improvement measures for adjusting the front wheel toe angle and optimizing the suspension scheme are proposed.The effectiveness of the improvement measures is verified through a series of road tests.The research results aim to provide practical improvement solutions for new energy vehicle manufacturers to improve vehicle performance and tire life.
