摘 要:本文针对某车型集成式驱动电机系统异响问题,结合故障件音频特征,锁定为轴承异响。从失效轴承的外观、硬度、金相、减速器箱内油泥金属元素成分等方面深入分析,并结合轴承外圈剥落形貌和内圈、钢球磨损形貌,判定轴承因系统存在Fe系、Al系杂质污染,导致滚道存在滑动挤压损伤,轴承内部未形成有效润滑油膜,加剧轴承的磨损产生失效。通过提升减速器系统子零件清洁度,最终将异响问题解决。In this paper,the abnormal noise of integrated drive motor system of a certain vehicle is locked as bearing abnormal noise combined with the audio characteristics of fault parts.based on the analysis of appearance,hardness,metallography and metal element composition of oil sludge in the reducer box,and the appearance of bearing outer ring spalling and inner ring and steel ball wearing,it is concluded that the contamination of Fe system and Al system in the bearing system results in the sliding extrusion damage of the raceway,and the effective lubrication film is not formed inside the bearing,which aggravates the wear of the bearing and results in the failure,by improving the cleanliness of the sub-parts of the reducer system,the problem of abnormal noise would be solved finally.
