摘 要:长续航里程和高安全性是当前电动汽车开发方向。本文引入新型箔材数据分析,得出结论:新型箔材不仅可提高电池能量密度,也可提升电动汽车续航能力;其内部绝缘层在发生安全风险时熔断阻断电子传输,避免电池内部温度持续升高,进而提升电动汽车的安全。但新型箔材由于材料自身缺陷限制在行业内推广,改善新型箔材性能将是行业开发的方向。Long range and high safety are the current development direction of electric vehicles.This paper introduces new foil data analysis:it can improve the energy density of the battery and the endurance of electric vehicles;the internal insulation layer blocks the electronic transmission when safety risks occur,to avoid the continuous increase of the battery temperature and essentially improve the safety of electric vehicles.However,the new foil is limited in the industry due to the defects of the material itself.However,improving the perfor-mance of the new foil is the development direction of the industry.
