改性塑料生产环节的VOCs排放特征及治理工艺研究

摘  要:为降低改性塑料生产过程中的VOCs排放量、减轻环境污染,本文简要分析了改性塑料生产环节的VOCs排放特征,并提出一种综合性的VOCs治理工艺方案。本文以某塑料厂作为研究对象,该厂在改性塑料生产环节采用VOCs综合治理方案后,与单一的直接燃烧工艺的治理效果相比表现出了更强的生态性优势和经济性优势,提示采用VOCs综合治理工艺能减少改性塑料生产环节VOCs的排放量;试运行后VOCs综合治理工艺的去除率比直接燃烧工艺更高,平均污染物去除量也更高,且环境治理成本显著低于直接燃烧工艺的应用成本,提示VOCs综合治理工艺具有显著的生态优势和经济优势。In order to reduce the VOC emissions during the production process of modified plastics and alleviate environmental pollution,this article briefly analyzes the VOC emission characteristics in the production process of modified plastics and proposes a comprehensive VOC treatment process plan.This article takes a certain plastic factory as the research object,after adopting a VOCs comprehensive treatment plan in the modified plastic production process,the factory showed stronger ecological and economic advantages compared to the treatment effect of a single direct combustion process.It is suggested that adopting a VOCs comprehensive treatment process can reduce the emissions of VOCs in the modified plastic production process;After trial operation,the removal rate of VOCs in the comprehensive treatment process is higher than that of the direct combustion process,and the average pollutant removal amount is also higher.The environmental treatment cost is significantly lower than the application cost of the direct combustion process,indicating that the comprehensive treatment process of VOCs has significant ecological and economic advantages.
