摘 要:目的分析不同季节中男方精液质量以及夫精人工授精助孕结局间的差异。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年6月在该院生殖医学科接受第1周期夫精人工授精(AIH)助孕的不孕症患者1221例,根据手术日所在季节,分为春季(n=299)、夏季(n=388)、秋季(n=343)和冬季(n=191)四组,比较不同季节中男方精液质量和夫精人工授精助孕的结局。结果不同季节双方年龄、体质量指数(BMI)、不孕年限、基础卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平、手术日内膜厚度、精液量及处理后前向运动精子总数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冬季精子浓度高于夏季(P<0.05),前向运动精子比例夏季低于秋季(P<0.05),其余各组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。四组间临床妊娠率、流产率、活产率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尽管冬季精子浓度高于其他季节,夏季前向运动精子比例低于其他季节,但各个季节AIH助孕结局并无差异,患者在接受治疗时无需考虑季节因素。Objective To investigate the quality of male semen and the outcome of artificial insemination by husband(AIH)in different seasons.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 1221 infertile patients treated with AIH in the first stage of the department of reproductive medicine in the hospital of Qinhuangdao from January 2018 to June 2022,according to the season of the operation day,were divided into four groups,spring(n=299),summer(n=388),autumn(n=343)and winter(n=191)to analyze the semen quality and pregnancy outcome in different seasons.Results There was no significant difference in age,body mass index,infertility years,basal Follicle-Stimulating Hormone level,endometrial thickness,semen volume,and total number of progressive motility sperm after treatment(P>0.05).Sperm concentration was higher in winter than in summer(P<0.05),and the proportion of progressive motility sperm was lower in summer(P<0.05),which was not statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate,abortion rate and live birth rate among the four groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Although the sperm concentration is higher in winter than in other seasons,and the proportion of progressive motility sperm in summer is lower than that in other seasons,the outcome of AIH in pregnancy outcome does not differ in different seasons,and patients do not need to worry about seasonal factors when receiving AIH.
