摘　　要：目的总结该院应对突发公共卫生事件时创新的门诊三分法的实践经验,为更好的应对突发传染性疾病提供参考。方法运用SWOT矩阵分析法,对门诊三分法内外部因素、机会与威胁进行综合性分析,提出优化完善的对策建议。结果门诊三分法可最大限度避免入境船员与门诊其他区域的人员交叉,杜绝涉疫人员流动,规避“封院”危险。结论通过SWOT分析法制定的防控策略与建议,具有良好的指导和推动作用。Objective To summarize the practical experience of the innovative outpatient triad method in the case of sudden public health emergencies in the hospital,and to provide reference for better response to sudden infectious diseases.Methods Using the SWOT matrix analysis method,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the internal and external factors,opportunities and threats of the outpatient triad,and optimization and improvement suggestions were proposed.Results The outpatient triad method can maximize the avoidance of crossing between inbound crew members and personnel from other areas of the outpatient department,prevent the flow of epidemic related personnel,and avoid the risk of“hospital lockdown”.Conclusion Prevention and control strategies and suggestions formulated through SWOT analysis have a good guiding and promoting effect.
