表柔比星联用右丙亚胺和多柔比星脂质体对化疗所致心脏毒性的临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的本研究详细评估了表柔比星联用右丙亚胺和多柔比星脂质体在化疗中所产生的疗效与心脏毒性,以确定其临床效果和安全性。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月,选取成都平安医院收治的90例乳腺癌化疗患者开展此次临床实践研究,采用随机数字表法将其分为A、B、C三组,每组30例,A组患者采用表柔比星化疗,B组患者采用多柔比星脂质体化疗,C组患者采用表柔比星联用右丙亚胺化疗,化疗4周期时,对比三组患者临床缓解率、心脏毒性发生率及生活质量评分。结果化疗4周期时,B、C组患者临床缓解率、生活质量评分高于A组,B、C组患者心脏毒性发生率低于A组,组间对比有差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单用表柔比星化疗相比,表柔比星联用右丙亚胺和多柔比星脂质体不仅能提高化疗治疗效果,还能降低化疗所致心脏毒性的发生,从而能提高其预后生活质量。Objective This study provides a detailed evaluation of the efficacy and cardiotoxicity of the combination of dexamethasone and doxorubicin liposomes in chemotherapy,in order to determine their clinical efficacy and safety.Methods A total of 90 patients with breast cancer undergoing chemotherapy in Chengdu Ping′an hospital were selected to carry out this clinical practice studyf rom January 2022 to January 2023.They were randomly divided into three groups:A,B,and C,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with epirubicin,patients in group B were treated with doxorubicin liposomes,and patients in group C were treated with epirubicin combined with dextramine.During four cycles of chemotherapy,the clinical remission rate Cardiotoxicity incidence rate and quality of life score.Results During 4 cycles of chemotherapy,the clinical remission rate and quality of life score of patients in groups B and C were higher than those in group A,while the incidence of cardiac toxicity in patients in groups B and C was lower than that in gr oup A.The comparison diffierences between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with single use of epirubicin chemotherapy,the combination of epirubicin and doxorubicin liposomes can not only improve the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy,but also reduce the occurrence of chemotherapy induced cardiac toxicity,thereby improving the quality of life after prognosis.
