摘 要:感染性疾病是严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一。当前,全球感染性疾病的发病率有所上升,而病原微生物呈现多样化、复杂化。随着近年来快速发展的全基因组测序技术,可直接对病原微生物进行鉴定,比传统的病原微生物的鉴定有微生物鉴定中具有独特的优势。因此,本文概述了纳米孔测序技术在病毒、细菌病原鉴定、抗药性基因分析以及宏基因组中的应用。Infectious disease is one of the major diseases that seriously impacted human health.Currently,the incidence of infectious diseases has increased globally,and pathogens are diverse and complex.Pathogens can be identified directly with the rapid development of whole genome sequencing technology in recent years,which has advantages in comparison with traditional methods for pathogen identification.Thus,this paper provides an overview of the application for Nanopore sequencing technology in viral and bacterial pathogen identification,antimicrobial resistance gene analysis and application in metagenomics.
