摘 要:近年来,医疗技术的迅猛进步使得广谱抗菌药物和各类激素的应用更为广泛,同时,由于多种因素的影响,免疫力低下的人群数量也在不断扩大。这些因素共同作用下,真菌感染问题愈发凸显,成为医学界亟待解决的难题。对于真菌感染患者而言,高效且准确的诊断是减轻其痛苦、改善治疗效果的关键。因此,本文将对真菌检测的研究进行综述,涵盖传统的真菌镜检和培养方法、血清学检验以及先进的分子诊断技术等多个方面,以期为临床诊疗提供有益的参考。In recent years,with the rapid progress of medical technology,the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics and various hormones has become more widespread.At the same time,due to various factors,the number of people with weakened immune systems has also been expanding.These factors,acting together,have made fungal infections a more serious issue,posing a pressing challenge for the medical community.For patients with fungal infections,efficient and accurate diagnosis is crucial to reducing their suffering and improving treatment outcomes.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive review of research on fungal detection,covering traditional methods such as fungal microscopy and culturing,serological testing,and advanced molecular diagnostic techniques,in order to provide useful references for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
