摘 要:目的分析乳腺癌组织中钙调蛋白2(CNN2)、锚蛋白重复结构域22(ANKRD22)的表达水平与临床病理特征的关系。方法选择南通大学附属海安医院2018年1月至2023年4月收治的90例拟进行手术切除治疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,收集乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织,使用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测CNN2、ANKRD22在乳腺癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的表达水平,观察不同病理特征的乳腺癌患者乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平的差异,分析乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平与临床病理特征(肿瘤最大径、病理分期、分化程度)的关系及对腋窝淋巴结转移的预测效能。结果乳腺癌组织CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平均明显高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。CNN2、ANKRD22在不同肿瘤最大径、病理分期、分化程度的乳腺癌组织中的表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着乳腺肿瘤最大径增加、病理分期升高和分化程度减小,乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22的表达水平依次升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,乳腺癌组织CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平与肿瘤最大径、病理分期呈正相关(r=0.427、0.316,P<0.05;r_(s)=0.452、0.357,P<0.05),与分化程度呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.514、-0.463,P<0.05);乳腺癌伴腋窝淋巴结转移患者乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22表达水平高于不伴腋窝淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05);受试者工作特征曲线分析结果显示,乳腺癌组织中CNN2联合ANKRD22预测腋窝淋巴结转移的曲线下面积为0.905(95%CI:0.780~0.989)。结论乳腺癌组织中CNN2、ANKRD22的表达水平明显升高,与临床病理特征密切相关,二者联合预测腋窝淋巴结转移的效能较好,有助于评估病情,指导诊治。Objective To analyze the relationship between the expression levels of calmodulin 2(CNN2),a nkyrin repeat domain 22(ANKRD22)in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathological features.Methods Ninety cases of breast cancer undergoing surgical resection in Affiliated Haian Hospital,Nantong University from January 2018 to April 2023 were selected as research subjects.The breast cancer tissues and paracancerous normal tissues were collected.The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues and paracancerous normal tissues were detected by the real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).The differences in the expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues among the patients with different breast cancer pathological characteristics were observed,the relationship between the expression levels of CNN2,ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues and clinicopathologic characteristics(tumor maximal diameter,pathological stage,differentiation degree),and its prediction efficiency on axillary lymph node metastasis were analyzed.Results The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous normal tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 had statistical differences among the breast cancer tissues with different tumor maximal diameters,pathological stages and differentiation degrees(P<0.05).With the breast tumor maximal diameter increase,pathological stage rise and differentiation degree decrease,the expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues were in turn increased(P<0.05).The correlation analysis results showed that the CNN2 and ANKRD22 expression levels in the breast cancer tissues were positively correlated with the tumor maximal diameter and pathological stage(r=0.427,0.316,P<0.05;r_(s)=0.452,0.357;P<0.05),and negatively correlated with differentiation degree(r_(s)=-0.514,-0.463,P<0.05).The expression levels of CNN2 and ANKRD22 in breast cancer tissues in the patients of breast ca
