疏肝解郁胶囊结合盐酸帕罗西汀对头痛-抑郁症共病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨对头痛-抑郁症共病患者采用疏肝解郁胶囊结合盐酸帕罗西汀的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年1月郑州市第九人民医院收治的102例头痛-抑郁症共病患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法采用1∶1分配原则将患者分为两组,对照组接受盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加疏肝解郁胶囊,观察两组患者的中医证候积分、头痛改善情况、焦虑抑郁以及睡眠症状变化、颅内血管平均血流速度变化以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组中医证候积分较低,头痛改善优于对照组,焦虑抑郁以及睡眠质量症状评分相关指标评分较对照组低,颅内血管平均血流速度各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组有效率低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁联合盐酸帕罗西汀治疗头痛-抑郁症患者能改善患者的临床症状,缓解患者焦虑抑郁并改善其睡眠质量,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the effects of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride in patients with headache-depression comorbidity.Methods A total of 102 headache-depression comorbidity patients treated in the Ninth People’s Hospital from June 2022 to January 2023 were selected as a research object,they were divided into two groups according to the double blind method and 1∶1 distribution principle.The control group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride,and the observation group were treated with Shugan Jieyu capsules on the basis of the control group.The Chinese syndrome integral,headache improvement,anxiety,depression and sleep symptoms changes,intracranial vascular mean flow velocity and clinical treatment effect of two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the observation group had lower traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,better improvement in headache than the control group,lower scores in anxiety,depression and sleep quality symptoms,and lower average intracranial blood flow velocity than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate in the control group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Shugan Jieyu capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride can improve clinical symptoms of patients with headache-depression,relieve their anxiety and depression,improve their sleep quality,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
