“从熵论脾”治甲减

摘　　要：甲状腺功能减退症是临床常见的内分泌疾病,属于全身性低代谢综合征。主要表现为疲乏、怕冷、嗜睡、记忆力减退、便秘、水肿等。熵代表体系的混乱程度,在人体中可代表内部有序性,即人体健康状态,熵增则健康状态下降,熵减则恢复健康状态。熵是人体“生长壮老已”的宏观体现,基于熵的科学内涵,耗散结构的实际意义,文章在中医理论的指导下,从熵论脾,深入探讨中医脾与熵,以及甲减与熵的关系,提出甲减病机总属“脾虚熵增,熵增致减”,治疗应从脾论治,以脾为本,熵为枢,治甲减。Hypothyroidism is a common clinical endocrine disease,which belongs to systemic low metabolic syndrome.The main manifestations were fatigue,fear of cold,drowsiness,memory loss,constipation,edema,etc.Entropy represents the degree of chaos in the system,which can represent the internal order in the human body,that is,the state of human health.When entropy increases,the state of health decreases,and when entropy decreases,the state of health returns.Entropy is the macro-embodiment of the human body's‘growing,strong and old’.Based on the scientific connotation of entropy and the practical significance of dissipative structure,under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,this paper discusses the relationship between spleen and entropy in traditional Chinese medicine and the relationship between hypothyroidism and entropy,and puts forward that the pathogenesis of hypothyroidism is‘spleen deficiency and entropy increase,entropy increase and decrease’,treatment should be based on the spleen,spleen,entropy as the pivot,treatment of hypothyroidism.
