摘　　要：功能性便秘近年发病率逐渐上升,属于临床常见疾病,以排便次数减少,排便艰难,便质硬或呈干球便,肛门有堵塞感为主要特点。“脾肾相关”理论是中医脏腑学说的重要组成部分,生理上是协同、辅助的关系;两者先后天互根互生,联系紧密,患病以虚为主,病理上易相互影响、传变,临床治疗时应脾肾同求或有所偏重。易水学派重视脾胃后天、肾与命门,为治疗脾肾相关的功能性便秘提供重要参考价值。文章从“脾肾相关”理论思想出发,通过探讨脾肾的关系及临床应用,为功能性便秘从脾肾论治提供相关理论依据,强调治脾不忘补肾、补肾注意健脾,以期为功能性便秘的中医药临床诊疗提供相关思路。The incidence of functional constipation has increased gradually in recent years,which is a common clinical disease.It is characterized by reduced frequency of defecation,difficult defecation,hard stool or dry ball stool,and clogged anus.The spleen and kidney related theory is an important part of the Zang-fu theory of traditional Chinese medicine,physiological is collaborative,auxiliary relationship;the two have each other root and root each other day,close connection,disease is mainly caused by deficiency,easy to influence each other in pathology,clinical treatment should be the spleen and kidney with the same or heavy.In addition,the water-yi school attaches importance to the acquired spleen and stomach,kidney and vital gate,which provides important reference value for the treatment of functional constipation related to spleen and kidney.Therefore,starting from the theory of"spleen-kidney correlation",the author provides relevant theoretical basis for the treatment of functionai constipation based on the spleen and kidney by exploring the relationship between the spleen and kidney and its clinical application,emphasizing that the treatment of the spleen should not forget to tonify the kidney,and the tonifying the kidney should pay attention to invigorating the spleen,in order to provide relevant ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of functional constipation by traditional Chinese medicine.
