从石膏的清热效用论治面游风

摘　　要：面游风,西医称“脂溢性皮炎”,是近年来常见的一种以红斑、鳞屑为主要症状的多发皮肤病。该病常由风热或湿热邪气引起,因而在中药治疗的过程中加入石膏以清热可收获不错的疗效。文章通过查阅相关文献及跟师学习,以石膏的清热效用为基础,分别从脏腑、经络、部位三方面探究石膏在中药治疗面游风中发挥的清热作用,并论述了在治疗的不同阶段石膏的使用剂量,以期为临床中药治疗面游风提供新的思路。Facial wandering wind,known in western medicine as"seborrheic dermatitis",is a common skin disease with main symptoms like erythema and scaling in recent years.The disease is often caused by wind-heat or damp-heat,so in the process of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)can clear heat and get good curative effects.Through reviewing relevant literature and studying with the tutors,this paper explored the effect of Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)in the treatment of facial wandering wind from the aspects of Zang-Fu organs,meridians and parts,and discussed the dosage of Shigao(Gypsum Fibrosum)in different stages of treatment,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of facial wandering wind with traditional Chinese medicine.
