疏肝解郁汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙肝的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎(慢性乙肝)的效果。方法采用前瞻性随机试验方法,选择2019年5月—2023年2月信阳市人民医院收治的86例慢性乙肝患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以基础治疗+恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用疏肝解郁汤治疗两组均治疗6个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前、治疗6个月后的肝功能及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果相较于对照组治疗6个月后总有效率(69.77%),观察组总有效率(88.37%)更高(P<0.05);两组患者谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)水平均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论相较于恩替卡韦单药治疗,联合疏肝解郁汤可有效改善慢性乙肝患者肝功能,提高治疗效果,且不会增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of Shugan Jieyu Decoction(疏肝解郁汤)combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A prospective randomized trial method was used to select 86 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Xinyang People's Hospital department from May 2019 to February 2023 as the research subjects,a random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with basic treatment+entecavir,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Decoction on the basis of the above.The clinical efficacy after 6 months of treatment,liver function before and 6 months after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared to the control group's total effective rate(69.77%)after 6 months of treatment,the observation group's total effective rate(88.37%)was higher(P<0.05);the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBIL)of patients in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with entecavir monotherapy,combined with Shugan Jieyu Decoction can effectively improve the liver function of patients with chronic hepatitis B,improve the therapeutic effect,and will not increase adverse reactions.
