摘  要:缺血性脑卒中(ischemic stroke,IS)又称脑梗死,是指由于脑的供血动脉(颈动脉和椎动脉)狭窄或闭塞、脑供血不足导致的脑组织缺血性坏死,而出现相应的神经功能缺损的脑血管疾病。IS后脑神经元损伤的病理、生理机制是研究最为活跃的领域之一,其机制十分复杂,可分为凋亡和坏死两种。其中凋亡过程主要是因为存在大量正性以及负性的可调控信号,因此凋亡可以作为脑缺血治疗的潜在靶点。未来要面对IS的预防、治疗以及康复等多方面的问题。文章讨论研究外源性凋亡途径、内源性凋亡途径以及途径中Bcl-2、Caspase家族以及NF-κB等凋亡基因的相关作用机制与IS的关系。Ischemic stroke(IS),also known as cerebral infarction,refers to a cerebrovascular disease in which the cerebral supply arteries(carotid artery and vertebral artery)are narrowed or occluded,and the cerebral blood supply is insufficient,resulting in avascular necrosis of brain tissue,and resulting in corresponding neurological deficits.The pathological and physiological mechanism of neuronal injury after IS is one of the most active academic fields,its mechanism is very complex,and can be divided into two types:apoptosis and necrosis.There are a large number of positive and negative regulated signals in apoptosis,so they can be used as potential targets for the treatment of cerebral ischemia.In the future,we will have to face many problems such as prevention,treatment of IS,and post-illness rehabilitation.The objective of this review is to investigate the mechanisms of exogenous apoptotic pathways,endogenous apoptotic pathways,research apoptotic genes,such as Bcl-2,Caspase family,and NF-κB,and elaborate their relationship with IS.
