摘 要:为减少井筒出水量,保证施工安全,在梁北二井主副井施工中开展了注浆堵水技术的研究。在分析当前存在的问题的基础上,提出了采用“帷幕预注浆+壁后注浆”的总体治理方案。计算岩帽厚度,确定注浆区段及注浆孔的布设方式,根据现场情况确定了注浆参数及工艺。该技术应用后,井筒提前100 d落底,节省堵水费用500万元,经济社会效益显著,为类似条件下的井筒堵水治理提供参考。In order to reduce the water yield of the shaft and ensure the construction safety,the research on grouting water plugging technology was carried out in the construction of the main and auxiliary shafts of Liangbei No.2 Well.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems,the overall control scheme of'curtain pre grouting+wall grouting'was put forward.The thickness of the rock cap was calculated,the grouting section and the layout of grouting hole was determined,and the grouting parameters and process were determined according to the site conditions.After the application of this technology,the wellbore was bottomed 100 days in advance,which saved water plugging cost of 5 million yuan,and the economic and social benefits were remarkable.The technology provided a reference for control of wellbore water plugging under similar conditions.
