摘 要:煤层注水是煤矿井下综合防尘的一项重要措施,可以减少作业场所的煤尘飞扬,给井下作业人员提供良好的作业环境,注水效果需要考虑注水时间、注水压力、湿润半径、封孔长度、密封效果等因素。为更好的确定采煤工作面煤层注水湿润半径,给煤层注水钻孔的参数设计提供可靠的依据,本文对金河煤矿6123-2采煤工作面开展了煤层注水试验,分别采取动压和静压注水进行试验,确定煤层注水的湿润半径,为煤层注水钻孔的施工参数提供设计依据。Coal seam water injection is an important measure of comprehensive dust prevention in coal mine.In order to reduce the coal dust in the working place and provide a good working environment for the underground workers,it is necessary to inject water into the coal seam construction drilling.The effect of water injection needs to consider many factors:water injection time,water injection pressure,wetting radius,sealing length,sealing effect and so on.In order to better determine the wetting radius of coal seam water injection in coal mining face and provide a reliable basis for the parameter design of coal seam water injection drilling,this paper carried out coal seam water injection test on the actual mining face of the mine.Dynamic pressure and static pressure water injection tests were carried out to determine the wetting radius of coal seam water injection,and to provide design basis for the construction parameters of coal seam water injection drilling.
