摘 要:为解决火烧铺矿煤矸石山多年堆积煤泥,缓解矸石山堆放压力问题,采用浮选技术对矸石山尾矿库煤泥进行深度分选。分析煤泥性质,通过分级磨矿,采用一粗三精三扫的工艺流程,将矸石山现有煤泥深度分选,充分回收再利用,分选出含灰分10%的精煤40%和含灰分85%的尾矿60%,解决了多年堆积煤泥,提高了煤矿企业经济效益,减轻了环境污染。In order to solve the problem of coal slime accumulation in coal gangue dump of Huoshaopu Mine for many years and alleviate the stacking pressure of coal gangue dump,flotation technology was used to carry out deep separation of coal slime in coal gangue dump tailings pond.By analyzing the properties of coal slime,the existing coal slime in gangue hill was deeply separated by grading grinding and adopting the process flow of one roughing,three cleaning and three scavenging,which was fully recovered and reused.And 40%of clean coal with ash content of 10%and 60%of tailings with ash content of 85%were separated,which solved the coal slime accumulation of many years,improved the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises and reduced environmental pollution.
