摘 要:煤层自然发火是煤矿安全中的重要问题,研究煤层自然发火的标志气体及其临界值有助于预警和预防火灾。本文通过室内实验装置,选取沁水煤田寿阳矿的5号煤层为研究对象,研究了煤层氧化过程中,煤层自燃时的标志气体浓度与温度的关系。结果表明,煤样升温氧化过程中CO浓度与煤温呈现先增加后降低的趋势,由于在温度为100℃时,其浓度才会发生变化,因此,选取CO的浓度变化作为标志气体不可靠。虽然乙烯气体相比CO更准确,但监测温度会更高,因此须慎重选择烯烃气体作为指标气体。Spontaneous combustion of coal seam is an important problem in coal mine safety.Studying the marker gas of spontaneous combustion of coal seam and its critical value is helpful to early warning and prevention of fire.In this paper,through the indoor experimental device,the No.5 coal seam of Shouyang Mine in Qinshui Coalfield is selected as the research object,and the relationship between the natural gas concentration and temperature of the coal seam during the oxidation process of the coal seam is studied.The results show that the CO concentration and coal temperature show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing during the heating and oxidation of coal samples.Because the concentration will change only when the temperature is 100℃,it is not reliable to select the change of CO concentration as a marker gas.Although ethylene gas is more accurate than CO,the monitoring temperature will be higher,so olefin gas should be carefully selected as the indicator gas.
