摘 要:针对氨化细菌活性低、易流失的问题,采用聚乙烯醇与海藻酸钠作为复合载体对自行筛选的氨化细菌AX-1进行包埋固定化处理,用于有机氮的去除,通过单因素实验确定固定化包埋小球的制备条件,并将其应用到鸡粪有机氮降解实验中。结果表明:当聚乙烯醇浓度8%,海藻酸钠浓度1.5%,CaCl_(2)浓度3%,投菌量为6%,交联时间为8 h,固定化小球对有机氮降解效率最高达到40.4%,用于实际鸡粪废液中有机氮降解效率达到41.80%。In order to solve the problem of low activity and easy loss of ammonifying bacteria,polyvinyl alcohol and sodium alginate were used as composite carriers to embed and immobilize ammonifying bacteria AX-1 for removing organic nitrogen.The preparation conditions of immobilized embedded beads were determined by single factor experiments,and they were applied to the experiment of organic nitrogen degradation in chicken manure.The results showed that when the concentration of PVA was 8%,the concentration of sodium alginate was 1.5%,the concentration of CaCl_(2) was 3%,the dosage of bacteria was 6%,and the crosslinking time was 8 hours,the highest degradation efficiency of organic nitrogen was 40.4%,and the degradation efficiency of organic nitrogen in practical chicken manure wastewater reached 41.80%.
