煤层顶板垮落矸石摩擦引燃瓦斯特性实验研究

摘  要:低位高抽巷在采动过程中,由于顶板的压力减小,可能导致顶板垮落和矸石堆积,增加瓦斯积聚的可能性。当顶板垮落和矸石堆积发生时,可能会引起明火的出现;矸石中可能存在可燃物质,如煤炭和瓦斯,当明火接触到这些可燃物质时,就会引发火灾。以低位高抽巷点火源为研究对象,在高抽巷火源种类调查以及动态过程测试系统的基础上,通过矸石垮落、锚杆崩落摩擦分析测试系统,对顶板垮落、锚杆崩落的摩擦点火特性进行了分析。研究发现,在相同的接触压力条件下,摩擦速度从低到高向上递增时,矸石滑动摩擦使实验中瓦斯引燃的时间和摩擦距离先快速减小,达到一定的摩擦速度后,又会小幅度减小,而且存在着最小的摩擦速度和最小的摩擦距离。余吾煤业高抽巷主要成分为石英,根据岩石垮落撞击摩擦发火机理,石英砂岩在自由落体垮落中具备将高抽巷瓦斯点燃的能力。研究可为高抽巷着火的有效防治和爆炸危险性预测提供指导。In the process of mining,the roof pressure is reduced,which may lead to roof caving and gangue accumulation,and the possibility of gas accumulation will be increased.When the roof collapse and gangue accumulation occur,it may cause the appearance of open flames.There may be combustible substances in the gangue,such as coal and gas,and when an openflame comes into contact with these combustible substances,it will cause a fire.Therefore,this study took the ignition source of low level high pumping roadway as the research object,based on the investigation of fire source types and dynamic process test system,and through the friction analysis and test system of gangue collapse and anchor rod caving,the friction ignition characteristics of roof collapse and anchor rod caving were analyzed.It was found that when the contact pressure was the same,when the friction speed increased from low to high,the sliding friction of gangue caused the time and friction distance of gas ignition in the experiment to decrease rapidly.After reaching a certain friction speed,it also decreased slightly,and there was a minimum friction speed and minimum friction distance.The main component of the high extraction roadway in Yuwu Coal Industry was quartz.According to the mechanism of rock collapse impact friction ignition,quartz sandstone has the ability to ignite gas in the high pumping roadway during free fall collapse.Research can provide guidance for the effective prevention and control of high pumping roadway fires and the prediction of explosion hazards.
