摘 要:为了评价混凝土支柱在预掘回撤通道支护中的应用效果,采用相似材料模拟试验的方法对混凝土支柱的力学性能进行了测试,并以此为基础,在何家塔煤矿50103工作面预掘回撤通道进行了工业性试验,同时对工作面回采过程中的矿压规律进行了监测。试验中主回撤通道共安装了2排直径800 mm的混凝土支柱,配合锚网梯梁组合支护系统对顶板进行支护。试验结果表明,混凝土支柱能够有效的保证工作面末采期间回撤通道的安全,显著提高搬家效率,并大幅降低搬家过程中的支护成本。In order to evaluate the application effect of concrete pillars in the pre-driving retracement channel support,the mechanical properties of concrete pillars were tested using a similar material simulation test method.Based on this,industrial tests were conducted on the pre-driving retracement channel of the No.50103 working face of Hejiata Coal Mine.At the same time,the mining pressure law during the mining process of the working face was monitored.In the experiment,two rows of concrete pillars with a diameter of 800 mm were installed in the main retracement channel,which were combined with anchor mesh ladder beam support system to support the roof.The experimental results show that concrete pillars can effectively ensure the safety of the retracement channel during the final mining period of the working face,significantly improve the moving efficiency,and significantly reduce the support cost during the moving process.
