结石通胶囊联合经皮肾镜取石术治疗感染性肾结石的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究结石通胶囊联合经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗感染性肾结石的临床疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2022年7月本院收治的120例感染性肾结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(60例)和研究组(60例),对照组采用PCNL及安慰剂治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合结石通胶囊治疗。记录并比较两组患者的总疗效、红细胞免疫功能[红细胞C3b受体花环率(C3bRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率(ICRRR)、肿瘤红细胞花环率(TER)]、术后指标[结石残留率、结石排出时间、肠功能恢复时间]、中医证候积分和并发症发生情况。结果治疗后研究组患者的总治疗有效率高于对照组,而C3bRR、ICRRR和TER水平、结石残留率、结石排出时间、肠功能恢复时间及中医证候积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者的并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义[13.30%(8/60)vs.5.00%(3/60),P>0.05]。结论结石通胶囊联合PCNL应用于感染性肾结石能有效提高疗效,减轻患者症状,提高红细胞免疫力,促进患者的术后恢复。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Jieshitong capsule combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL)in the treatment of infectious kidney stones.Methods A total of 120 patients with infectious kidney stones admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(60 cases)and the research group(60 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with PCNL and placebo,the study group was combined with Jieshitong capsules on the basis of the control group.The total curative effect erythrocyte immune function[erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate(C3bRRR),erythrocyte immune complex rosette rate(ICRRR),tumor red blood cell rosette rate(TER)],postoperative indicators[stones residual rate,time of stone excretion,bowel function recovery time],traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and occurrence of complications of the two groups of patients was recorded and compartd.Results After treatment,total curative effect of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the C3bRR,ICRRR,TER,the stones residual rate,days of stone expulsion,bowel function recovery time and TCM syndrome scores were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications among patients[13.30%(8/60)vs.5.00%(3/60),P>0.05].Conclusions Jieshitong capsule combined with PCNL in the application of infectious kidney stones can effectively improve the curative effect,relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the immunity of red blood cells,and promote the recovery of patients after surgery.
