腹腔镜辅助小切口睾丸鞘膜切除术与传统开放手术治疗睾丸鞘膜积液的疗效及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜辅助小切口睾丸鞘膜切除术与传统开放手术治疗睾丸鞘膜积液的疗效及安全性。方法选取2020年2月至2022年2月本院收治的110例睾丸鞘膜积液患者为研究对象,按照不同手术方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例,其中观察组行腹腔镜辅助小切口睾丸鞘膜切除术,对照组行传统开放手术。比较分析两组患者的总体治疗有效率、术后疼痛水平、手术相关指标(包括手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量)以及术后并发症发生情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组的总体治疗有效率更高、术中出血量更少、切口长度更短、手术时间更短(均P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率和疼痛程度也显著低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜辅助小切口睾丸鞘膜切除术在治疗睾丸鞘膜积液方面,相较于传统开放手术,具有更佳的安全性、更快的恢复速度以及更高的患者满意度,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of laparoscope-assisted small incision vaginectomy with traditional open surgery in the treatment of testicular hydrocele.Methods A total of 110 patients with testicular hydrocele admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different surgical methods,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group underwent laparoscopic-assisted small-incision testicular vaginectomy,while the control group underwent traditional open surgery.The overall effective rate,pain level after operation,operative related indicators(including operation time,incision length,intraoperative blood loss,length of hospital stay)and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with control group,in the observation group,the overall treatment efficiency was better,the intraoperative blood loss was less,the incision length was shorter,and the operative time was shorter(all P<0.05).The complication rate and painless ratio in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic-assisted small-incision testicular vaginectomy has better safety,faster recovery rate and higher patient satisfaction.It is a minimally invasive treatment method worth promoting clinically.
