中医正骨推拿联合中医康复锻炼、牵引疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中医正骨推拿联合中医康复锻炼、牵引疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及安全性。方法将我院79例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为观察组42例与对照组37例,对照组接受常规牵引疗法治疗,观察组在牵引疗法基础上行中医正骨推拿与中医康复锻炼治疗,比较两组临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎功能、颈椎活动度及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组疼痛评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)评分低于治疗前,观察组VAS、NDI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组颈椎活动度高于治疗前,观察组颈椎活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间两组不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论采用中医正骨推拿联合中医康复锻炼、牵引疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病可快速、有效缓解患者症状与体征,且安全性高。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of TCM orthopedic massage combined with TCM health exercise and traction.Methods 79 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into observation group(42 cases)and control group(37 cases).Control group received conventional traction therapy,while observation group received TCM orthopedic massage combined with TCM health exercise on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,degree of pain,cervical spine function,cervical range of motion,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the range of motion of the cervical spine in both groups was significantly improved compared to before treatment,and was significantly higher in observation group than control group(P<0.05);the pain score(VAS)and Cervical Spine Dysfunction Index(NDI)scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion TCM orthopedic massage combined with TCM health exercise and traction can quickly and effectively alleviate the symptoms and signs of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with high safety.
