正骨推拿手法联合低频脉冲电磁场治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效及对患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察正骨推拿手法联合低频脉冲电磁场(LFPEMFs)治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)临床疗效及对患者血液流变学的影响。方法将我院60例LDH患者随机分为联合组与对照组各30例,对照组接受LFPEMFs治疗,联合组实施LFPEMFs联合正骨推拿手法治疗,均治疗1个月。比较两组临床疗效,血液流变学指标血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、红细胞压积,炎症指标白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-)及腰椎活动度。结果治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组血浆黏度、FIB、红细胞压积及血清IL-1、TNF-水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组血浆黏度、FIB、红细胞压积、血清IL-1、TNF-水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组腰椎屈伸、旋转活动度明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组腰椎屈伸、旋转活动度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对LDH患者实施正骨推拿手法联合LFPEMFs治疗效果较佳,可明显改善血流变及炎症反应,有效增加腰椎活动度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bone setting massage combined with low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields(LFPEMFs)in treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH)and its impact on the hemorheology.Methods60 LDH patients were randomly divided into combination group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group received LFPEMFs,and combination group received LFPEMFs combined with bone setting massage,both for 1 month.The efficacy,hemorheological indexes plasma viscosity,fibrinogen(FIB),hematocrit,inflammatory markers interleukin-1(IL-1),tumor necrosis factor-(TNF-),and lumbar spine mobility were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in combined group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);the plasma viscosity,FIB,hematocrit and serum IL-1 and TNF-levels in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were significantly lower in combined group than control group(P<0.05);the rotational range of motion in combined group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone setting massage combined with LFPEMFs has a better therapeutic effect on LDH patients;it can significantly improve hemorheology and inflammation,and effectively increase lumbar spine mobility.
