电针治疗结直肠癌腹腔镜术后肠麻痹患者疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针治疗结直肠癌腹腔镜术后肠麻痹患者的效果。方法将我院结直肠癌腹腔镜术后肠麻痹患者251例随机分为对照组126例与治疗组125例。对照组行单孔+1腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术,治疗组在单孔+1腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术后应用电针。比较两组临床疗效,记录首次排便、排气、进食时间,检测白细胞计数(WBC)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,比较Prince-Henry疼痛评分、胃肠道症状分级量表(GSRS)评分。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组首次排便、排气、进食时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后第1天,两组WBC、SAA、CRP水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后第3天两组WBC、SAA、CRP水平低于术后第1天,治疗组WBC、SAA、CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1天两组Prince-Henry、GSRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第3天两组Prince-Henry、GSRS评分低于术后第1天,治疗组Prince-Henry、GSRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针治疗结直肠癌腹腔镜术后肠麻痹能够促进胃肠功能恢复,降低炎性因子,减轻疼痛,改善胃肠道症状。Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture application in patients with intestinal paralysis after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods 251 patients with intestinal paralysis after laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer were divided into control group(126 cases)and treatment group(125 cases).Control group underwent single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer resection,while treatment group received electroacupuncture application after single-incision plus one-port laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer resection.The clinical efficacy,the first defecation,exhausting and eating time,white blood cell count(WBC),amyloid A(SAA),and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels,PrinceHenry,and Gastrointestinal Symptom Rating Scale(GSRS)scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the first defecation,exhausting and eating time of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of WBC,SAA and CRP between the two groups on the first day after surgery(P>0.05),and the levels of WBC,SAA and CRP in both groups on the third day after operation were lower than those in control group on the first day after operation,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in Prince-Henry and GSRS scores between the two groups on the first day after operation(P>0.05);and the scores were lower in both groups on the third day than the first day after surgery,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture application in treatment of colorectal cancer after laparoscopic intestinal paralysis can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce inflammatory factors and pain,and improve gastrointestinal symptoms.
