耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩法对妊娠期正常高值血压孕妇的干预效果

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩法对妊娠期正常高值血压孕妇的干预效果。方法将我院102例妊娠期正常高值血压孕妇随机分为对照组与治疗组各51例。对照组采用低盐饮食,治疗组在低盐饮食基础上采用耳穴压豆、穴位按摩法。比较两组临床疗效,检测血小板参数[血小板(PLT)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)],量化单项症状评分,凝血参数[凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)],比较控制收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)程度,随访记录妊娠结局。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组PLT、PDW、MPV、FIB、SBP、DBP水平、单项症状积分低于治疗前,治疗组PLT、PDW、MPV、FIB、SBP、DBP水平、单项症状积分低于对照组;两组PT、APTT水平高于治疗前,治疗组PT、APTT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组顺产率高于对照组,治疗组剖宫产率、胎儿宫内窘迫率、妊娠高血压率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩法对妊娠期正常高值血压孕妇的干预效果更佳,降低血小板参数,可改善单项症状和凝血功能,降压至正常,改善妊娠结局。Objective To observe the intervention effect of ear acupoint pressure beans combined with acupoint massage on pregnant women with normal high blood pressure during pregnancy.Methods 102 pregnant women with normal high blood pressure during pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 51 cases in each group.Control group received a low salt diet,while treatment group received ear acupoint pressure beans and acupoint massage on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,measure platelet parameters[platelet count(PLT),platelet distribution width(PDW),mean platelet volume(MPV)],coagulation parameters[prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),fibrinogen(FIB)],controlled systolic blood pressure(SBP)degree,diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the levels of PLT,PDW,MPV,FIB,SBP,DBP,and single symptom scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than those control group;PT and APTT levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and were higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);vaginal delivery rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group,while the cesarean section rate,fetal distress rate,and pregnancy induced hypertension rate in treatment group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupoint pressure beans combined with acupoint massage has a better intervention effect on pregnant women with normal high blood pressure during pregnancy,reducing platelet parameters,improving individual symptoms and coagulation function,lowering blood pressure to normal,and improving pregnancy outcomes.
