张唐法针灸学术思想及临床经验探蕴

摘　　要：通过对国家级名老中医张唐法的跟师学习和医案、著作的归纳整理,总结其针灸学术思想为:疏穴简针,用穴精当,善用夹脊穴和丰隆穴;独创捻转进针法,强调治神守气应体现在针刺治疗的全过程;从辨病、辨证、辨经络、辨分期入手来诊治疾病,以面瘫为例阐述临证思辨、分期而治的具体操作方法;巧施头针,善治神经系统相关疑难杂病;重视针、灸、药三法,尊古不泥,择善而从。The induction and collation of study notes,medical records and works of ZHANG Tang-fa,a famous veteran doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,enabled his academic ideology on acupuncture to be summarised as follows:dredging with acupuncture at precise and appropriate acupoints,with attention paid to acupuncture at Jiaji and Fenglong points;the original creation of acupuncture by twirling,with an emphasis on the treatment of vitality and keeping the needle sensation in the whole process of acupuncture treatment;diagnosis and treatment of diseases from the aspects of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,meridian differentiation,and stage differentiation,of which the specific operation methods of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment by stages were expounded by taking facial paralysis as an example;the ingenious use of scalp acupuncture,with excellent skills in treating complex and miscellaneous diseases related to the nervous system and attaching importance to the three methods of acupuncture,moxibustion and medication,bringing forth the new through the old and absorbing the quintessence.
