王鹏运用“温阳法”治疗慢性肺系疾病临证经验

摘　　要：长期慢性肺系疾患可导致机体阳气衰少,水液在体内不能得以有效输布代谢,停聚于肺。肺中虚冷,痰浊内生,痰为阴邪,进一步损伤阳气、阻滞气机,形成恶性循环。王鹏教授认为多种慢性肺系疾病都存在阳气不足,并运用“温阳法”治疗虚人感冒、过敏性鼻炎、久咳、支气管哮喘、慢性肺源性心脏病、肺癌等疾病,取得了良好的临床疗效。Long-term chronic lung diseases can damage yang.Dampness and phlegm can’t be effectively transported and metabolized in the human body.Yang deficiency of lung can lead to endogenous phlegm.Phlegm belongs to yin,which can further damage yang,block qi,and form a vicious circle.Prof.WANG Peng believes that a variety of chronic lung diseases have yang deficiency.When using warming-yang method to treat with weak people who have caught cold,or to cure allergic rhinitis,chronic cough,bronchial asthma,chronic pulmonary heart disease,and lung cance,it has achieved good clinical curative effect.
