摘 要:【目的】作为大型水利渡槽施工设备,造槽机在投入使用前需要进行强度及刚度校核,以保证施工安全。【方法】以1 500 t U型造槽机为研究对象,采用APDL参数化建模方法,对造槽机进行整体建模。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,选取最危险浇筑、过孔工况,对造槽机进行有限元分析计算。【结果】通过有限元分析得到了在8级风浇筑混凝土、6级风过孔工况下,整机的应力、位移、屈曲分析结果以及主梁的应力位移变化曲线。【结论】通过对上述工况下应力、位移、屈曲分析结果的研究,验证了造槽机在浇筑工况下,强度、刚度、稳定性均满足使用要求。同时通过分析主梁在不同距离过孔时的应力位移结果,得出造槽机主梁存在可优化空间,为进一步研究造槽机的主梁优化提供参考。[Purposes]As a large-scale water conservancy trench construction equipment,the trough mak-ing machine needs to be calibrated for strength and stiffness before it is put into use to ensure construc-tion safety.[Methods]In this paper,taking 1500 t U-type slot-making machine as the research object,APDL parametric modelling method is adopted to model the slot-making machine as a whole.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software,the most dangerous pouring and over-hole working conditions are selected to carry out finite element analysis and calculation of the slot-making machine.[Findings]The results of stress,displacement and buckling analyses of the whole machine and the strain-displacement change curves of the main beams were obtained by finite element analysis under the condi-tions of pouring concrete in class 8 wind and crossing the hole in class 6 wind.[Conclusions]Through the study of the results of stress,displacement and buckling analysis under the above working conditions,it is verified that the strength,stiffness and stability of the groove maker meets the requirements for use under the casting conditions.Meanwhile,by analyzing the results of stress and displacement of main beam at different distances over the hole,it is concluded that there is room for optimization of the main beam of the slot-making machine,which provides a reference for further research.
