适用于岛礁环境下电器设备防护的气相缓蚀剂研究

摘　　要：针对岛礁环境下电器设备防护的需求,调研筛选出8种气相缓蚀剂,通过对气相缓蚀剂进行挥发减量试验、气相缓蚀能力试验、电化学试验、盐雾试验,评价气相缓蚀剂的防护性能。挥发减量试验结果表明CORTEC VPCI-609、RTFD VCI 、SF/D-331兼具高挥发性成分与低挥发性成分,具有挥发持久性;气相缓蚀能力试验结果表明RTFD VCI和VCIrus-505 VCI P对四种金属均具有缓蚀作用;电化学结果说明RTFD VCI和SF/D-331对四种金属均具有正向缓蚀效果;盐雾试验证明RTFD VCI和SF/D-331对电脑主板具有长效保护作用,对其电性能没有影响。综上所述,RTFD VCI与SF/D-331对四种金属(铜、铝、钢、镁)均具有正向防护能力,对电脑主板具有较好的防护效果,且不影响其电性能,适用于电器设备、各种元器件及各种金属零部件的防锈。According to the protection requirements of electrical equipment in island environment,8 kinds of volatile corrosion inhibitors were selected and investigated.The protection performance of volatile corrosion inhibitors was evaluated through volatilizing loss test,gas phase corrosion inhibition test,electrochemical test and salt spray test.The results of volatilizing loss test show that CORTEC VPCI-609,RTFD VCI,and SF/D-331 have both high and low volatile components,and have volatilization persistence.The gas phase corrosion inhibition test results show that RTFD VCI and VCIrus-505 VCI P have about corrosion inhibition on the four metals.The electrochemical results show that RTFD VCI and SF/D-331 have positive corrosion inhibition effect on the four metals.The salt spray test shows that RTFD VCI and SF/D-331 have a long-term protective effect on the computer mainboard,and have no effect on its electrical performance.In summary,RTFD VCI and SF/D-331 have positive protection for four kinds of metals(copper,aluminum,steel,magnesium),and have better protective effect on the computer mainboard,and do not affect its electrical performance,suitable for the rust prevention of electrical equipment,various components and various metal parts.
