摘 要:在新能源电动船舶的密封系统中,其密封件的性能将直接影响到船舶的运行效率和安全性。因此,对密封件进行优化设计,提高其密封性能和耐磨性,对于保障新能源电动船舶的安全稳定运行具有重要意义。为此,研究利用有限元模拟的方法对新能源船舶中的弹簧蓄能密封圈进行数值模拟。模拟过程中将密封圈分为整体结构与弹簧结构两个,然后根据建模结果,对密封件的强度特性、摩擦特性等指标进行综合评价,确定壳体、弹簧体最佳尺寸以及壳体材料。由此实现了船舶密封件的密封性能优化设计。实验结果表明,研究优化设计的密封件的泄漏率为0.08 mL/min、摩擦扭矩为0.72 N·m密封圈的磨损率降低了50 %。这说明研究优化后的密封件的密封性能较为优秀,能够保证船舶的稳定运行,提高运输过程的海上安全性。In the sealing system of new energy electric ships,the performance of the seals will directly affect the operation efficiency and safety of the ship.Therefore,optimizing the design of seals to improve their sealing performance and wear resistance is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of new energy electric ships.Therefore,the finite element simulation method is used to simulate the spring energy storage seal ring in the new energy ship.During the simulation process,the sealing ring is divided into the whole structure and the spring structure.Then,according to the modeling results,the strength characteristics and friction characteristics of the sealing parts are comprehensively evaluated to determine the optimal size of the shell,the spring body and the shell material.Thus,the sealing performance optimization design of ship seals is realized.The experimental results show that the wear rate of the seal with leakage rate of 0.08 mL/min and friction torque of 0.72 N·m is reduced by 50%.This shows that the sealing performance of the optimized seals is relatively good,which can ensure the stable operation of the ship and improve the maritime safety of the transportation process.
