摘 要:本文针对饮水机内部的冷罐零部件,在生产线水检时发现锈蚀问题进行了研究,首先梳理了导致冷罐生锈的主要原因,着重探讨了生产线检测时水质因素的影响,并进一步提出了切实可行的解决方案,即通过饮水机生产工艺和坏境优化、打胶缝隙填充技术,以期有效预防和解决饮水机冷罐生锈问题。This article focuses on the issue of rust discovered during water inspection on the production line of components within water dispenser’s cold tanks.It begins by outlining the primary causes leading to rust formation in these cold tanks,with a particular emphasis on the impact of water quality factors during line inspections.Further,it proposes practical and feasible solutions,which entail optimizing the water dispenser’s manufacturing processes and environment,as well as employing a sealant gap filling technique,all aimed at effectively preventing and resolving the rust problem in water dispenser cold tanks.
