摘 要:随着消费者对于自身外容貌及及皮肤美容的追求,家用美容仪越来越受到消费者喜爱,产品的安全性和功效性也是消费者购买时关注的重要内容。家用电器的安全性检测已不能满足对于产品个性化宣称的检测,因此需要开展对家用美容仪功效宣称的测试评价。本文以LED美容仪为例,介绍不同LED光谱改善皮肤状况的原理,利用功效评价试验法对一款LED家用美容仪产品进行功效性测试,从而评价该产品在保湿、提亮、改善痤疮等方面的效果。人体功效评价试验可以作为产品功效宣称的一种测试方法,与当前传统电气安全检测方法形成互补。With the pursuit of consumers for their own appearance and skin beauty,household beauty care appliances are becoming increasingly popular among consumers,and the safety and efficacy of products are also the concerns of consumers when making purchases.Traditional safety testing methods of household appliances can no longer meet the requirements of personalized product claims,so it is necessary to carry out the test evaluation of the efficacy claims of household beauty care appliances.This paper takes the LED beauty care appliances as an example,introduces the different efficacy principles of different LED spectra,and uses the skin care efficacy evaluation methods to test the efficacy of a LED beauty care appliance,in order to evaluate the effect of the product in moisturizing,brightening,improving acne and so on.The skin care efficacy evaluation methods can serve as a testing method for product efficacy claims,complementing current traditional electrical safety testing methods.
