孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬治疗小儿过敏性鼻炎(AR)的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月电子科技大学医学院附属妇女儿童医院·成都市妇女儿童中心医院收治的AR患儿64例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组给予酮替芬治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子指标[转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)与白细胞介素-17(IL-17)]、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者炎性因子指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组TGF-β、IL-33、IL-17均低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对AR患儿,通过采用孟鲁司特钠联合酮替芬的方案实施治疗,效果好且安全性理想,能显著降低炎性因子水平。Objective:To analyze the value of montelukast sodium combined with ketotifen in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(AR).Methods:A total of sixty-four children with AR admitted to Department of Pediatrics,Women and Children's Hospi⁃tal of School of Medicine of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,Chengdu Women and Children's Central Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups with thirtytwo cases each by random number table method.The control group was given ketotifen treatment,and the observation group was given montelukast sodium treatment based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors[transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),interleukin-33(IL-33)and interleukin-17(IL-17)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group(96.88%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory fac⁃tors between 2 groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TGF-β,IL-33 and IL-17 in both groups were lower than before treatment,and observation group was lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant differ⁃ence in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For children with AR,Montelukast so⁃dium combined with ketotifen is effective and safe,and can significantly reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
