糖皮质激素联合环孢素胶囊治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析糖皮质激素联合环孢素胶囊治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年12月临沂市中医医院肾病科收治的原发性肾病综合征患者80例作为研究对象,随机抽签分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予环孢素胶囊。比较两组治疗效果、血脂指标、肾功能检查指标。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血脂指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肾功能检查指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白、白蛋白高于对照组,尿素氮低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗原发性肾病综合征可在糖皮质激素基础上应用环孢素胶囊,效果更理想,有效改善患者肾功能,调节血脂。Objective:To analyze the effect of glucocorticoid combined with cyclosporine capsule in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:A total of eighty patients with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty patients in each group.The control group was given glucocorticoid therapy,and the observation group was given cyclosporine capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,blood lipid index and renal function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood lipid indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and high density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in renal function indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,serum creatinine,24 h urinary protein and albumin in observation group were higher than those in control group,and urea nitrogen was lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome can be based on glucocorticoid application of cyclosporine capsule,the effect is more ideal,effectively improve the kidney function of patients,regulate blood lipid.
