微创经皮钢板内固定双钢板技术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析微创经皮钢板内固定双钢板技术治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果及安全性。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月清镇市中医医院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者64例作为研究对象,采用单双号法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。对照组给予锁定钢板治疗,观察组给予微创经皮钢板内固定双钠板技术治疗。比较两组术后康复时间、膝关节功能、步行能力、胫骨平台内翻角、后倾角、膝关节活动度(屈曲、伸直)。结果:观察组开始运动时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、完全负重练习时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组膝关节功能及步行能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3个月,观察组膝关节功能及步行能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、3个月,观察组胫骨平台内翻角、后倾角及膝关节屈曲、伸直活动度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮钢板内固定双钢板技术治疗胫骨平台骨折具有较好的效果,能够缩短术后康复时间,促进骨折早期愈合。Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation with double plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture.Methods:Sixty-four patients with tibial plateau fracture treated in Qingzhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into con⁃trol group and observation group by odd-even number method,with thirty-two cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking plate,and the observation group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation with double sodium plate.Postoperative recovery time,knee function,walking ability,tibial plateau varus angle,posterior inclination angle and knee motion(flexion and extension)were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to start exercise,the time to heal fracture,the time to stay in hospital and the time to complete weight-bearing exercise in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before surgery,there was no significant difference in knee function and walking ability scores between the two groups(P>0.05);three months after surgery,the knee function and walking ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 1 and 3 months after operation,the tibial plateau varus angle,posterior inclination angle and knee flexion and exten⁃sion motion of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation with double plate technique for tibial plateau fracture has a good effect,which can shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time and promote the early healing of fracture.
