标准化急救程序在多发伤患者救治中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究在多发伤患者救治中引进标准化急救程序的价值。方法:选取2021年1—12月东莞市石碣医院诊治的多发伤患者100例作为常规程序组,2022年1—12月诊治的多发伤患者100例作为标准程序组,分别实施常规化急救管理、标准化急救管理。比较两组患者救治指标、救治效率、对救治程序的满意评分。结果:标准程序组救治所需时间、气管插管所需时间、滴注药物所需时间、分诊所需时间均短于常规程序组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标准程序组总救治效率(95.0%)高于常规程序组(87.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);标准程序组救治全面性、救治及时性、救治规范性、救治科学性、救治灵活性评分高于常规程序组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用标准化急救程序救治多发伤患者,能够更好地提高救治效率,提高患者满意度。Objective:To study the value of introducing standardized emergency procedures in the treatment of patients with mul⁃tiple injuries.Methods:One hundred patients with multiple injuries diagnosed and treated in Dongguan Shijie Hospital from Janu⁃ary to December 2021 were selected as the routine procedure group,and 100 patients with multiple injuries diagnosed and treated from January to December 2022 were selected as the standard procedure group,and conventionalized emergency management and standardized emergency management were implemented,respectively.Comparison of the two groups of patients rescue treatment indicators,rescue treatment efficiency,and satisfaction scores of the rescue treatment procedures.Results:The time required for rescue treatment,time required for endotracheal intubation,time required for drug drip,and time required for triage in the standard procedure group were shorter than that in the routine procedure group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05);the total rescue efficiency of the standard procedure group(95.0%)was higher than that of the routine proce⁃dure group(87.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of comprehensive treatment,timeli⁃ness,standardization,scientific and flexibility of treatment in the standard procedure group were higher than those in the routine procedure group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized emergency procedures to treat patients with multiple injuries can better improve the efficiency of treatment and improve patient satisfaction.
