手术治疗复杂性桡骨远端骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术治疗复杂性桡骨远端骨折(DRF)的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2023年1月苏州市相城人民医院收治的复杂性DRF患者80例作为研究对象,双色球法分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予外固定架治疗,观察组给予锁定加压钢板固定术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、影像学结果、并发症发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组影像学结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组桡骨短缩短于对照组,尺偏角、掌倾角大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组腕关节功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周后,观察组腕关节功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复杂性DRF患者采取锁定加压钢板固定术治疗,与外固定架治疗比较,有助于提升疗效,更好地改善影像学结果与腕关节功能,还可减少并发症发生,疗效与安全性更好。Objective:To investigate the effect of surgical treatment of complex distal radius fracture(DRF).Methods:Eighty patients with complex DRF admitted to Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the two-color method.The control group was treated with external fixed frame,and the observation group was treated with locking compression steel plate fixation.Compare the clinical efficacy,imaging results,and the occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the treatment,the difference of the imaging results between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the radial shortening of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the angle of ulnar deviation and the angle of metacarpal inclination were greater than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,the wrist function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Locking compression steel plate fixation in patients with complex DRF,compared with external fixed frame,helps to enhance the efficacy of treatment,better improve the imaging results and wrist function,and also reduces the occurrence of complications,with better efficacy and safety.
