气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用当归活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的:分析当归活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:选择2020年9月—2023年10月松桃苗族自治县孟溪镇中心卫生院收治的气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予当归活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后多伦多临床评分(TCSS)与震动感觉阈值(VPT)。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组TCSS评分、VPT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,研究组TCSS评分、VPT低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者采用当归活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗的效果确切,能够有效改善神经功能与感觉功能。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Danggui Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type.Methods:A total of sixty patients with Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated in Songtao Miao Autonomous County Mengxi Town Central Health Center from September 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given Danggui Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The treatment ef⁃fect,Toronto clinical score(TCSS)and shock sensation threshold(VPT)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCSS score and VPT between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 month of treat⁃ment,the TCSS score and VPT of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Danggui Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application on patients with Qideficiency and blood-stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy is accurate,and can effectively improve nerve function and sen⁃sory function.
