加强护理干预在输液泵注射硝普钠患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析加强护理干预在输液泵注射硝普钠患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2023年3月滨州医学院附属医院收治的高血压脑出血患者195例作为研究对象,根据护理方案不同分为观察组(100例)和对照组(95例)。两组患者术后均应用输液泵注射硝普钠,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予加强护理干预。比较两组血压控制效果、心率变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组舒张压、收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗24 h,观察组舒张压、收缩压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组心率变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2 h、24 h,观察组心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对输液泵注射硝普钠患者加强护理干预能够提高血压控制效果,同时可稳定其心率,减少不良反应发生。Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive nursing intervention in patients injected with sodium nitroprusside by infu⁃sion pump.Methods:A total of one hundred and ninety-five patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into ob⁃servation group(100 cases)and control group(95 cases)according to different nursing programs.Both groups were injected with sodium nitroprusside by infusion pump.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given inten⁃sive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure control effect,heart rate change and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in diastolic and systolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);after 24 h of treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05);at 2 h and 24 h after treatment,the heart rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the in⁃cidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive nursing intervention for patients injected with sodium nitroprusside by infusion pump can im⁃prove the effect of blood pressure control,stabilize the heart rate and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
