Xpert MTB/RIF检测对痰涂阴肺结核临床诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨Xpert MTB/RIF检测对常规痰查抗酸杆菌涂片阴性(以下简称痰涂阴)肺结核临床诊断的价值。方法:选取2021年6月—2023年6月就诊于道真自治县人民医院的疑似痰涂阴肺结核患者200例作为研究对象,评估Xpert MTB/RIF检验技术的诊断效能。结果:支气管镜检查结果显示,200例疑似痰涂阴肺结核患者中,128例确诊为痰涂阴肺结核,非痰涂阴肺结核72例,Xpert MTB/RIF检测检出痰涂阴肺结核119例,其中Xpert MTB/RIF阳性6例,非痰涂阴肺结核67例。Xpert MTB/RIF检测在痰涂阴肺结核中的诊断灵敏度为92.97%,特异度为93.06%,准确率为93.00%。结论:Xpert MTB/RIF检测的灵敏度和特异度较高,在痰涂阴肺结核的临床诊断中具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To investigate the value of Xpert MTB/RIF assay in the clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with acid-fast bacilli smear negative(hereinafter referred to as sputum smear-negative)on routine sputum examination.Methods:A to⁃tal of two hundred patients with suspected sputum smeared yin tuberculosis admitted to Daozhen Autonomous County People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of Xpert MTB/RIF test technology.Results:Bronchoscopy showed that 128 out of 200 suspected cases of sputum smeared Yin tuberculosis were con⁃firmed as sputum smeared Yin There were 72 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and 119 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis detected by Xpert MTB/RIF,among which 6 cases were Xpert MTB/RIF positive and non-sputum smeared 67 cases of vaginal tuberculosis.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of Xpert MTB/RIF in sputum smear Yin tuberculosis were 92.97%,93.06%and 93.00%respectively.Conclusion:Xpert MTB/RIF detection has high sensitivity and specificity,and has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of sputum smeated yin tuberculosis.
