摘　　要：乳腺增生病属中医学“乳癖”范畴,是女性常见的一种乳房疾病,属于良性乳腺上皮增生性病变,主要临床特点为单侧或双侧乳房疼痛并伴有肿块,病情变化或与月经周期、情绪变化密切相关。近些年,这个疾病的出现频次持续上涨,它不只是威胁着女性的身体与精神健康,同时还给她们的日常生活与职业造成了负面的冲击。近些年来,中医药在处理这个疾病上的成效相当令人满意,而且几乎没有有害的副反应,所以此病是一个在中医领域具有优越地位的疾病。本文将从两个实际的治疗病例中探讨柴胡桂枝干姜汤的应用,以此作为临床治疗乳腺增生病的理论支持。Hyperplasia of mammary glands belongs to the category of"mammary addiction"in traditional Chinese medicine,and it is a com-mon breast disease in women,which belongs to benign breast epithelial proliferative lesions.The main clinical features are unilateral or bi-lateral breast pain and mass.The change of disease may be closely related to the change of menstrual cycle and mood.In recent years,the frequency of this disease continues to rise,it not only threatens women's physical and mental health,but also has a negative impact on their daily life and career.In recent years,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in dealing with this disease is quite satisfactory,and there are almost no harmful side effects,so this disease is a disease with a superior position in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.This article will explore the application of Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang decoction from two practical treatment cases,as a theoretical support for the clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia.
