中药甘草及相关制剂防治脓毒症的研究进展

摘　　要：脓毒症是一种严重的感染性疾病,可以导致器官功能障碍或衰竭,其致病机理复杂且病情发展迅速,发病率和死亡率都很高。近年来中药以其“多成分,多通路,多靶点”的作用特点以及不良反应小,安全性高等作用优势在治疗脓毒症方面取得了不菲的成效。甘草是中医中广泛使用的“清热解毒”类中药,已显示出抗炎,抗病毒和免疫调节等多种药理作用。已有研究表明,中药甘草中的活性单体以及复方能有效的抑制炎症介质的释放,减轻免疫系统的过度激活,降低机体炎症反应,从而有效地改善脓毒症的症状。故本文将近年来疗效显著的甘草活性成分以及复方用于防止脓毒症的研究进行综述,以期为临床治疗脓毒症及深入研究甘草的药理作用提供理论依据。Sepsis is a serious infectious disease that can lead to organ dysfunction or failure,with a complex pathogenesis and rapid progression of the disease,resulting in high morbidity and mortality rates.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has achieved consid-erable success in the treatment of sepsis with its"multi-component,multi-pathway,multi-target"action characteristics,as well as its advantages of low toxicity and high safety.Licorice is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine as a"heat-clearing and detoxifying"herb,and has been shown to have anti-inflammatory,anti-viral and immunomodulatory effects.It has been shown that the active ingredients in the Chinese medicine licorice as well as the compound can effectively inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators,attenuate the over-activation of the immune system,and reduce the inflammatory response of the body,thus effectively improving the symptoms of sepsis.Therefore,in this paper,we review the research of active components of licorice with remarkable efficacy and compound formulae used for the prevention of sepsis in recent years,in order to provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of sepsis and in-depth study of the pharmacological effects of licorice.
